After Merit Dada in Xi'an was successfully listed in the new third market on Jan. 26,2015, the number of local listed companies in Xi'an Software Park reached 14.

In 2014, the number of listed companies in Xi'an High-tech Zone reached 20, among which, 8 come from Xi'an Software Park, accounting for 40 percent of the total, evidence that Xi'an Software Park has provided effective financial services to the companies.

In order to provide better investment and financing services, in addition to organize enterprises to participate seminars of the new third market in Xi'an High-tech Zone, Xi'an Software Park also cooperating with Chinese SMEs Listing Service Alliance, launched CEO meetings of the listed companies.

To encourage innovation, in cooperation with AMIDI Group in the Silicon Valley and the Dark Horse Club, the Software Park established "Plug & Play Tech Center, Incubator in Xi'an", "Dark Horse Club global roadshow, Xi'an station" and 100 million yuan of Angels investment funds.

At the same time, Xi'an Software Park constructed some professional incubators including "Mobile DreamWorks", "Big Cloud Arena, "" Zhilian Talents Center "," E-Commerce Center" to promote rapid development of the local SMEs which are specialized in mobile Internet, cloud computing and E-Commerce business.

In 2015, the park will actively guide the credit funds and social capital to benefit the development of enterprises by building more platforms, with aim to help more enterprises get listed, and promote faster and better development of their business.
