
BERLIN, Feb. 12 -- German Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that an agreement was reached in Minsk over Ukraine crisis.
The ministry made the announcement in its twitter account, but didn' t reveal further details.
Earlier on Thursday, the ministry said in its website that the marathon four-way negotiations which started Wednesday evening was "not easy" and perhaps the last chance for a political resolution to the crisis.
