
MINSK, Feb. 12 -- The leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine are expected to sign an agreement in Minsk early Thursday after all-night talks over the Ukraine crisis.

Putin are to sign the accord consisting of 12 to 13 points, reported the Itar-Tass news agency, quoting an unnamed diplomatic source.
The leaders held the closed-door talks for more than 12 hours in Minsk, capital of Belarus.
