MINSK, Feb. 12 -- The leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine are expected to sign an agreement in Minsk early Thursday after all-night talks over the Ukraine crisis.
French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Russian President Vladimir
Putin are to sign the accord consisting of 12 to 13 points, reported the Itar-Tass news agency, quoting an unnamed diplomatic source.
The leaders held the closed-door talks for more than 12 hours in Minsk, capital of Belarus.
