Sci-Tech India to Launch Commercial Satellite in March

The launching of the Indian Space Research Organization's (ISRO) Commercial Satellite Insat-3B will be held in March this year, Dr. S. Rangarajan, director of the Satellite Communication Program, said Sunday.

He said the satellite would mainly benefit the business community through its transponders, PTI reported.

The preliminary testing of the satellite will start soon. (Xinhua)
