Business Boeing 737 Vertical Tails Produced In China

The Xi'an Aircraft Industry (Group) Co. in northwest China's Shaanxi Province has produced more than 40 737-700 vertical aircraft tails for Boeing this year.

The company plans to increase their output of this type of vertical tail to over 100 next year.

It signed the contract with Boeing in 1995 to manufacture 1,500 vertical tails, and produced the first in 1998.

Up to date, the company has supplied over 3,700 aircraft parts in 10 categories for Boeing and Airbus.
