China China-Iran Joint Committee on Economic, Trade, Scientific and Technological Cooperation Meet

China-Iran Joint Committee on Economic, Trade, Scientific and Technological Cooperation held its tenth session in Beijing on November 29.

Chinese State Councilor Wu Yi and Iranian Vice President Mohammad Hashemi co-chaired the session at the Great Hall of the People.

During the meeting the two sides reviewed the bilateral cooperation since the ninth session and expressed satisfaction over such cooperation during the period.

Officials from the two countries agreed that great potentials for economic cooperation remain to be tapped and expressed willingness to further strengthen and develop bilateral economic and trade relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefits.

The two sides also made suggestions for the promotion of economic and trade relations in the future.
