China's first auction sale of bio-pharmaceutical achievements will be held in Beijing on January 8 2000.

Domestic and overseas investors now have the opportunity to preview the pieces to be auctioned by going on-line and visiting the website: http://www.paide.com.cn, which was launched by a Shanghai auction company.

Some of the country's top colleges including the Beijing and Shanghai medical sciences universities and related research institutes have signed contracts with the company consigning some of their achievements for auction.
