Sports Ronaldo Banned by FIFA

World soccer ruling body FIFA has banned Brazilian Ronaldo and Australian Harry Kewell for two separate disputes.

Kewell, who did not return home from England despite being selected for two-matches series between Brazil and Australia in Sydney and Melbourne, has been suspended from Leeds United's Premier League match against Bradford next week.

Ronaldo has been banned from playing the second match in Melbourne after a dispute between his Italian club Inter Milan, FIFA and the Brazilian federation.

Leeds and Soccer Australia last week reached an agreement whereby Kewell would play the Sydney game but then pulled out injured, without letting Leeds know.
