A large-scale concert entitled "Chinese Heart" was staged at the Macao Cultural Center November 9 night.

More than 300 performers, including some 40 noted Chinese musicians and singers, participated in the performances which drew deafening applause from the audience.

The appealing concert had been presented in the Tian'anmen Square in Beijing on September 11, the 100-day countdown to Macao's return to the motherland.

Organized by China's Ministry of Culture, the concert will also be staged in Macao on November 10 night.
