Construction of a new tourist attraction displaying ancient China's renowned steles has begun recently in Jinan City, capital of east China's Shandong Province.

The forest of steles wil be located in the suburbs of Jinan and cover more than 53 ha.

The architecture of the facility will be that of past dynasties, together with modern-day steles engraved with the works of well- known contemporary calligraphers.
