Sports Liverpool Beats Bradford in Premier League

Liverpool fought back to score a 3-1 victory Monday night against Bradford, lifting them four places to the sixth in the Premier League.

Trailing 1-0 after a 12th minute strike by Dean Windass, the Reds bounced for their third home win on a trot through Titi Camara, a Jamie Redknapp penalty and a late clincher from substitute Vegard Heggem.

The victory sends Liverpool past Everton, Chelsea, Tottenham and Middlesborough to the top six with 21 points.

Liverpool, who garnered 11 points from last five games, had to fight without star England strikers Michael Owen and Robbie Fowler who had been sidelined for injuries.

Bradford, promoted to the Premier League this season, remains mired in the relegation zone, second from bottom of the table with 11 points.
