Clean Management Vital to SOE Reform: Senior Official 　　Clean management is vital to the reform of China's state-owned enterprises (SOE), said Wei Jianxing, secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee for Discipline Inspection, during an inspection of east China's Shandong Province. 　　He said to the SOE reform is an issue concerning both politics and the economy, and strengthening Party building and enhancing clean management in SOEs is an important condition to promote the reform.
