State Councilor Meets Japanese Delegation 　　Chinese State Councilor Wu Yi met in Beijing on October 26 a delegation of business people from central Japan led by Iwao Isomura, president of Tokai Japan-China Trade Center and vice president of Toyota Motor Corporation. 　　Wu expressed appreciation of the role played by the Tokai Japan- China Trade Center in promoting Sino-Japanese friendly relations, the normalization of the two countries' relations and the expansion of Sino-Japanese economic and trade links over the past 40 years. 　　She also expressed hope the visitors would see more in China so as to increase mutual understanding. 　　Wu briefed the guests on China's domestic economic situation and exchanged views with them on issues of common concern. 　　The visitors are here as guests of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
