Falun Gong's Leak of State Secrets Condemned

A senior Chinese official with the department that oversees protection of state secrets said that ordinary citizens should be better informed about unlawful activities of Falun Gong.

He pointed out that backbone members of Falun Gong have violated China's Criminal Law by illegally obtaining state secrets, and will be punished accordingly.

Police officers with the Ministry of Public Security called on the ordinary citizens to be aware of Falun Gong's political intentions, adding that the public should conform to the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) Central Committee's principles and policies in the fight against Falun Gong.

In northeast China's Jilin Province, government officials voiced their determination to stand on the side of the central government and the Party, and observe state laws and disciplines. (Xinhua)
