China Internet Focus Defined ˇˇˇˇWeb browsing, IP phone, EC (Electric Commerce) and VPN will be major focuses in the future development of China's Internet program, said Chang Xiaopin, vice-director of TeleCom Bureau of the Ministry of Information Industry. ˇˇˇˇ Chang also said China would make efforts to optimize the current Internet structure.
