Newspaper celebrates anniversary ””””Guangming Daily, a leading national Chinese-language newspaper, celebrated the 50th anniversary of its founding yesterday in Beijing. A grand seminar was held in the Great Hall of the People to mark the event. The newspaper group now owns four newspapers, three magazines and a publishing house. With over 60 branch offices at home and abroad, its publications circulate in more than 100 countries and regions.
