Lawsuit of Yugoslav Leader Is Political Scheme 　　 　　The Lawsuit of Yugoslav leader by the United States and a few NATO nations is but a carefully plotted political scheme aiming at legalizing their aggressive war against the sovereign state of Yugoslavia, Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhu Bangzao said on June 1. 　　The premeditated lawsuit also aims to exert pressure over, interfere with and sabotage the efforts for a political settlement of the Kosovo issue, Zhu said during a routine press conference. 　　The chief prosecutor of the criminal tribunal of former Yugoslavia is believed to have issued an order wanting the Yugoslav leader. 　　As an independent judicial institution, the tribunal should maintain its legal dignity and its prestige of independent and fair justice, rather than acting itself as a political tool of a few NATO nations led by the United States, the spokesman noted.
