There is no doubt that people pursue comfortable housing. In Beijing, average housing conditions has been greatly improved with economic development, but with continued soaring home price in recent years, it has become extremely hard for ordinary residents in the city to buy a home. More people said it has become difficult to achieve their home ownership aspiration. At the same time, the government has begun to introduce more alternative housing types to tame the overheated property market.
