According to the Report on the Work of the Government, the reform on official-business-car-using system will be initiated. NPC deputy Yuan Qishou said that the reform will take away the privilege of officials and win the heart of the people.

Emphasis on combination of pension systems
According to the Report on the Work of the Government, the pension and insurance system of government organizations and institutions will be reformed. NPC deputy Zhang Yuangui believed that the key of combining the multiple pension systems is to break the fence of vested interest and improve the supporting mechanisms such as occupational annuity and wage adjustment.
　
Lower the energy consumption intensity by 3.9 percent
According to the Report on the Work of the Government, the energy consumption intensity will reduce over 3.9 percent this year, and the discharge of sulfur dioxide and chemical oxygen demand will reduce over 2 percent. NPC deputy Wang Wenzhong said that preserving the ecological environment equaled to protecting productivity; and improving the ecological environment equaled to developing productivity.

Reform on resource and energy price
According to Xu Shaoshi, director of National Development and Reform Commission, the resource and energy price will be reformed this year under the premise of not increasing the burden of citizens on paying for domestic water, electricity and gas.

Expand the pilot hospitals of public hospital reform
According to the Report on the Work of the Government, the county level public hospital reform will expanded to 1,000 counties this year and over 500 million rural populations will be covered. The pilot hospitals for urban public hospital reform will be expanded too.
