Notice: the 4th Plenary Session of the 1st Session of the 12th NPC at 9 a.m.

The 4th Plenary Session of the 1st Session of the 12th National People’s Congress will be convened at 9am on March 14th, 2013 (Thursday) at the Great Hall of the People (GHP).

The session will vote on the draft resolution of the plan on the State Council institutional reform and transformation of government functions and the draft list of the Chief Scrutiteer and Scrutiteers.

The session will also elect chairman, vice-chairmen, secretary-general and members of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), President and Vice President of the People’s Republic of China and chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China.
