HANOI, March 10 -- Vietnam allowed Chinese and U.S. vessels to enter its waters to search for the missing Malaysian Airlines flight, said Vietnam's National Committee for Search and Rescue Monday.

According to the committee, three Chinese vessels and one U.S. vessel were licensed by the Vietnamese defense ministry.
