VIENNA, March 8 -- The Austrian Foreign Ministry confirmed on Saturday that the 61-year-old Austrian man who was listed on the missing Malaysian Airlines plane was not onboard of the MH 370 flight, but his passport was reported stolen in Thailand.

The Austrian man reported the lost of passport in 2012. He is currently staying in Austria and in good health, Foreign Ministry spokesman Martin Weiss told Xinhua in telephone.
