JUBA, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan Ma Qiang and South Sudan's Central Equatoria State Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony met in Juba on Tuesday, with both sides pledging to deepen cooperation in education, capacity building, and infrastructure to promote local development. During the meeting, the two officials discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation, with a focus on improving public service delivery, developing human resources, and empowering young people.
