URUMQI, April 1 (Xinhua) -- In a remote village in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a dynamic group of rural women, including designers, tailors, livestreamers and marketers, work seamlessly together to introduce traditional Etles silk products to a broader audience. Leading this vibrant team is Azgul Dolet.
Maigaiti county, located in Kashgar Prefecture of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, was previously a part of the Taklimakan Desert, China's largest desert. Today, an ecological barrier stretching 50 kilometers has been established in the area.
Amid the sprawling desert of Hotan prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, greenhouses spread across vast expanses, providing abundant light and heat resources for the growing crops. These greenhouses are within a plant factory of an agricultural industrial park.
