BEIJING, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Leung Chun-ying on Saturday said he firmly supports the country's top legislature to improve the electoral system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
