BEIJING, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's congratulatory message to the ongoing China-Arab States Expo shows the importance China attaches to its cooperation with Arab states while highlighting the expo as a key platform in promoting joint efforts to build the Belt and Road, Arab experts say.
