MADRID, April 24 (Xinhua) -- Spain is planning to focus on exploring ways on third-party market cooperation with China during the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) to be held in Beijing, Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Borrell has said. "Spain is especially interested in exploring ways of collaboration in third-party markets," he told Xinhua in a recent interview.
