The inaugural Yangbajain hot spring tourism season has opened in Yangbajain Town in Damxung County, Lhasa, the capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, attracting tourists from home and abroad. The area boasts rich tourism resources of hot springs, glaciers, wetlands, snow mountains and lakes and the local government has promoted three hot spring resorts to boost winter tourism.
