BEIJING, May 27 (Xinhua) -- China held a high-ranking symposium Saturday morning to commemorate the 20th anniversary of implementing the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
A press conference is held by Hong Kong Celebrations Association in Hong Kong, south China, May 22, 2017. More than 530 activities will be held to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, according to the association at the press conference.
