Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli said Sunday that efforts should be strengthened to improve connectivity in the Belt and Road development. China is willing to align the Belt and Road Initiative with Indonesia's development plan to advance pragmatic cooperation, according to Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi. Yang made the remarks on Saturday when meeting with Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, coordinating minister for maritime affairs of Indonesia, who is attending the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing.
