Xi’an High-tech Zone sets up Talent Development Research Institute and carries out integrated training to 83 new members by 4 phases this year. The Talent Service WeChat Platform of Xi’an Software Park is set up to publish relevant information including human resources planning, employment and allocation, training and development of the Software Park in time. The “2013 Xi’an New Zone Top 100 Famous Enterprises Campus Tour & 2014 University Graduates Campus Recruitment Month” Program is held, which brings into full play the platform role of the government in talent attraction. 2 talents of national “Recruitment Program of Global Experts” are invited. 1,802 high-end talents from foreign countries and foreign regions are employed through the foreign personnel employment service window constructed in the high-tech zone. 6 overseas talent workstations in America, Europe, and Japan are set up. 6 new post-doctoral scientific research workstations are established, and 12 new post-doctors are employed by these workstations.
