ROK President Kim Dae-jung is given a hearty send-off in front of the presidential Blue House June 13. Kim is scheduled to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Il later Tuesday in Pyongyang, the first meeting of leaders from the two sides since they were split more than 50 years ago.
