One in Three Xiamen Citizens Has A Mobile Phone
Mobile phone users in China's south coastal city of Xiamen have reached 450,000, one for every three Xiamen citizens, according to a local telecom authorities.
A telecom official said that the city will further enhance its net capacity this year to make mobile phones usable in all lifts, underground car parks and tunnels.
By the end of March this year, there had had more than 50 million mobile phone users in China
