More than 7,000 costumed performers and dozens of sumptuous giant floats staged an unprecedented Chinese New Year parade on the Avenue of Champs Elysees in the center of Paris on Jan. 24.
Year of the Monkey celebrated in central London
Around 40,000 people were expected to gather in central London Sunday to celebrate the Lunar New Year, police said as official festivities kicked off to welcome the Chinese Year of the Monkey.
