The latest session of the six-party talks on the Korean nuclear issue ended with a chairman's statement, which experts say signifies all parties endeavor to translate the commitments into actions.

The first phase of the fifth-round six-party talks concluded Friday in Beijing. The following is the full text of the chairman's statement read by Chinese delegation head Wu Dawei at the closing ceremony:
Establishing working groups "conducive" to nuclear talks, says researchers
Researchers here believe that the establishment of working groups will help the six-party talks be "more pragmatic" and promote the implementation of the joint statement.
