Black Boxes Do Not Suggest Human Error In CAL Crash
Investigators have ruled out human error, at least for the moment, as the cause of the May 25 crash of Taiwan's China Airlines flight CI-611, according to news from Taipei Tuesday.
Second Black Box From Airline Crash Recovered
The second "black box" which records the flight data of the China Airlines (CAL) Boeing 747-200that crashed in May was recovered from deep waters near Penghu Wednesday, reported Taiwan's local media.

The "Taiwan Aviation Safety Council" confirmed that the underwater photograph-taking Monday had already found one of the black boxes but couldn't tell whether it was the voice recorder or the flight data recorder and moreover, the recorder had already been damaged.
