Chinese President Xi Jinping praised US President Donald Trump’s "successful and historic visit" to Beijing on Thursday afternoon

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is meeting with US President Donald Trump at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Thursday, the second day of Trump's state visit to China.

China will redouble its efforts to improve the quality of its products and services－as well as its capacity for innovation－to ensure healthy, stable economic growth in the coming year, Premier Li Keqiang said on Tuesday.

China, as the world’s second largest economy and the largest contributor to world economic growth, has received significant attention during the APEC Leaders’ Week.

China is well positioned to be a source of investment, knowledge transfer, and talents for other countries, said PwC Global Chairman Robert Moritz.
