A series of measures have been unveiled for the wellbeing of medical care personnel, such as increasing protection training, rationalizing scheduling, and strengthening psychological counseling.

"There is no room for carelessness in protection!" said He Yaoqin, a chief nurse from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in eastern China’s Jiangxi.

He Yaoqin was responsible for training frontline medical staff at Zengdu Hospital in central China’s Hubei and teaching the knowledge of wearing and taking off protective clothing. Every day, she supervises every member of the team to wear protective clothing correctly.

Jiangxi uses the continuing education network platforms to carry out self-safety protection training for medical personnel, and 194,300 people have been trained so far.

At present, the epidemic prevention and control has entered a critical period, the task of medical staff is onerous and it is difficult for them to find time to take care of their families.

In a view to resolving the dilemma, measures have been taken in various parts of eastern China’s Zhejiang province to take better care of the children of frontline medical workers.

After preliminary arrangements, the education system in Yiwu city decided to provide additional help for the children of 25 medical workers who have difficulties in learning and life.

Meanwhile, Kecheng District of Quzhou city has customized a "care package" for 50 children of various ages that have parents serving as medical staff. These children can receive help from learning mentors, life mentors and emotional mentors.
