BEIJING, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- A booklet of a regulation for the work at primary-level Party organizations of Party and state organs has been published by the People's Publishing House.

The regulation was issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

In addition to the full text of the regulation, the contents of the booklet also include an editorial by the People's Daily and a question-and-answer article from a leading official with the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on the regulation.

The booklet is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
