Ningbo adopted e-readers at its fourth session of the 15th National People’s Congress for the first time on Feb. 13, 2019. Deputies could check notifications, documents, agendas and other files regarding the two sessions on tablet computers. Handwriting, voice notes, as well as cloud storage access are all also available on these electronic devices.
