Simao Red Flag Hall was built in the 1950's, and was an important political and cultural activities venue of Simao Party, politics, military, and the local people at that time and considerably long time after that period. Its appearance is magnificent, and internal structure is open with artistic sense. It is the landmark building of old Simao City, carrying the city memory of Pu'er people.
