From January to April this year, Pu’er City received 36,252 visits by overseas tourists and 10,907,200 visits by domestic ones, up by 20.34% and 20.39% year on year respectively. The city’s total tourist revenue amounted to RMB 9,971,972,200, a year-on-year surge of 20.39%. The figures of overseas tourists, total tourists and aggregated tourism revenue all reached historic high.
