Recently Pu'er has intensified all-round support to "Pu'er Coffee" to enhance its brand value.

In 2017, Pu'er coffee planting area, coffee bean output and total coffee bean output value were 789,000 mu, 58,600 tons and 2.469 billion yuan respectively. Pu'er coffee was exported to more than 30 countries and regions.
