China, UK plan to build a science and technology town in Xiongan New Area

China and the UK will sign deals worth 9 billion pounds during UK Prime Minister Theresa May’s visit, covering multiple areas, including Belt and Road construction, finance, agriculture, and technology, according to Gao Feng, a spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Commerce.

The two parties are also planning on building a science and technology town in China’s Xiongan New Area.
