Four people are missing after two fishing boats collided early Sunday morning in waters off Jiangsu Province, reports China Central Television.

According to a local rescue center in Yancheng city, one of the boats capsized after the collision.

Nine people fell into the water in the accident, with five already rescued.

The search for the missing is underway.
