Tourism is Jiuzhaigou’s primary industry thanks to its unique landscape of narrow conic karst land forms and spectacular pristine lakes. It is also home to a number of endangered plant and animal species, including the giant panda, golden snub-nosed monkey, and Sichuan takin, according to the park’s website.
