Ning'er Qian'gang Shelter Bridge

(People's Daily Online)    14:56, August 08, 2017

Qian'gang Shelter Bridge is an ancient above-water stone-terraced tile-roofed bridge best preserved in Pu'er section of the Ancient Tea Horse Road. Some 30-40 meters in length, nearly three meters in width, the bridge has pavilions with soil foundation walls on both ends, is supported by several thick and long trunks and is paved with solid planks. The wood-beam roof-tiled house on the bridge has withstood adverse weather for more than 100 years to protect it from collapse.
