Disabled men in Chongqing successfully set up 3-D printing business

Four disabled men in Chongqing’s Dadukou District successfully set up a 3-D printing company, owing to their great efforts and supportive policies from the local government, Chongqing Daily reported on July 24.

The company’s founder Wu Shengliang tried to set up a business in 2013, but failed due to lack of experience. The four agreed to start the 3-D printing business after some training.

The four took advantage of their respective strong points in business promotion, maintenance, support, and daily operations. Their business has done well due to their honesty and their great efforts.

In fact, many disabled men in the district have started their businesses. Since 2016, the district has implemented many measures and supporting policies to encourage them to do business.

The district has attracted 40 companies that focus on assistive and smart technologies for persons with disabilities, including job opportunities for 68 people with disabilities.
