At 3 P.M. May 26, the 1st "Xiang Good Neighbors" Award Ceremony was held.
The first award went to Zaoyang Neighborhood Reading Party which received 20,000 yuan in prize; the second award went to the families of Chen Yifa, Zhang Xunqiang and Zhao Changjun which received 12,000 yuan in prize; the third award went to the families of Jiang Zhifeng and Jiang Ling which received 6,000 yuan in prize. The other 22 "good neighbors" won the Merit Award, receiving 600 yuan each.
