All aboard! Travel back in time among Sichuan's blooming flowers

In the remote and mountainous Jiayang mining region of Jianwei County, Sichuan province, visitors have the chance to glimpse an earlier era by riding an old-fashioned steam train. Jiayang's steam train, which has been running for half a century and still operates using an old narrow-gauge steam mechanism, is an integral part of the local tourism industry. It is the only steam train running on such a narrow rail anywhere in the world that still accommodates passengers.
